We have an immediate job opportunity at ST Engineering. We are seeking passionate candidates in procurement domains for our Digital Systems & Cyber business.

Job Description :

• Conduct sourcing exercises for potential suppliers.
• Manage all tender processes and processing of purchase orders in accordance with corporate governance regulations.
• Perform price analysis and negotiate with vendors to ensure materials and services are acquired at the best prices.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of orders.
• Ensure departmental KPIs are met.
• Generate purchase orders and process change orders.
• Liaise with respective divisions and other functional personnel.
• Provide regular feedback on material or service status to requestors.
• Handle other procurement-related matters as assigned.

Qualifications / Skills / Experience :

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Additional Diploma in Purchasing Management is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of purchasing experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of financial and legal terms affecting purchasing is preferred.
• Experience in project management is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation skills; able to engage suppliers effectively at all levels.
• Confident in communicating with all levels and diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Strong sourcing skills and good people skills.
• A good team player with integrity, maturity, and self-motivation.
• Singaporean only.

Working hours: Monday - Friday / 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
