Job description

You will be expected to deliver frontline support in key operational activities including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Edwards products. The focus will be on safety and quality while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced and demanding environment; resilience is essential. This role offers opportunities to learn and develop engineering skills by working on exciting, highly technical equipment. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales organization on technical and product-related information to support business development.

Your role:

  1. Conduct key operational activities such as installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Edwards products.
  2. Strictly adhere to defined work processes, risk assessments, and SOPs.
  3. Undertake software setup, operation, maintenance, and basic analytics. Conduct fault-finding and troubleshooting support to resolve or escalate issues within contractual timeframes and SLAs to meet customer expectations.
  4. Provide detailed and accurate feedback on field service activities and compile clear reports for your supervisor to facilitate informed decision-making regarding product issues.
  5. Due to the nature of the role and Edwards' commitment to providing on-site support 24/7, you will be required to perform standby duties and/or work shift patterns to meet contractual commitments and emergency coverage plans.

To succeed, you will need:

  1. Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related engineering industry or technical role involving direct contact with customers.
  2. Fresh graduates with engineering certificates will also be considered.
  3. Strong customer focus to ensure solutions meet expectations and timeframes, aligning with Edwards strategies and processes.
  4. Ability to interact positively in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
  5. Team player capable of supporting colleagues and working under the direction of a manager.
