Job description

We are looking for a Customer Support & Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong people skills, excellent coordination abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role involves customer support, order processing, administrative tasks, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Communication:

  • Strong people skills—approachable, empathetic, patient, and a good listener.

  • Able to communicate effectively with business associates, customers, and internal teams.

  • Handle local and overseas customers, gaining knowledge of international sales.

Order Processing & Coordination:

  • Process daily customer orders and liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer support.

Administrative & Project Support:

  • Maintain and uphold regular job tasks with strong soft skills.

  • Handle projects in Singapore and overseas (if any).

  • Ensure office operations are not disrupted by delays or inefficiencies.

  • Perform other assignments as allocated by the supervisor.

Workplace Commitment & Ethics:

  • Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Ensure regular attendance and punctuality—both are important prerequisites.

  • Take initiative and work with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

Experience & Skills

  • Prior experience in customer support and/or administrative roles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

  • Basic knowledge of accounting entries is an advantage.

  • Strong coordination and multitasking skills.

  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Personality & Work Ethic

  • Team player with a positive and helpful attitude.

  • Mature, responsible, and proactive in handling tasks and resolving issues.

  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with all levels of stakeholders.

  • Willing to put company interests and job responsibilities above personal matters.

Additional Information:

Salary: Commensurate with experience
Availability: Immediate starters preferred
Work Eligibility: This position is open only to candidates with valid work rights in Singapore. Local Singaporeans and Permanent Residents.
