Job description

Functional Responsibilities

1. Support RMs in daily operations to enhance customer experience, including handling customer enquiries, rate fixing for deposits and loans, account opening, spreading of financials, maintenance of customer records and files.
2. Obtain information from clients to perform KYC (Know Your Customer) for new accounts/borrowers, aligning with KYC requirements.
3. Ensure documentation and credit files are complete and that all approvals, facilities, and securities documents are in place at all times.
4. Follow up on submission of clients’ financials for spreading and assist the RMs in preparing necessary documents for credit review.
5. Prepare Letter of Offer / Variation Letters and follow up on documentation to ensure alignment with set terms.
6. May take on additional duties including ad hoc projects supporting RMs and the team in sales and marketing.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience, especially in Business and Corporate Banking.
• 1-year contract.
