This is an exceptional opportunity to lead one of Singapore's biggest upcycling initiatives. You'll play a key role in managing the WellSpent Upcycling business by meeting sales goals and executing marketing strategies. We require a highly strategic, innovative, and passionate leader who enjoys working independently and collaborating with colleagues from different departments.
This person will be in charge of establishing and sustaining business partnerships and outcomes, as well as building the company's business development roadmap. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of negotiating, executing, and managing high-value collaborations with partners. They will also have strong strategic and analytical thinking skills regarding business and product potential, with a keen interest in Food and Sustainability.
Key decision areas include setting business goals, achieving revenue growth, and analyzing performance data such as social media conversion rates.
Bachelor's Degree or higher.
At least 3-4 years of FMCG/Retail (F&B Industry) B2B sales and marketing experience.
