WellSpent Upcycling, Manager (Sustainability)

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead one of Singapore's biggest upcycling initiatives. You'll play a key role in managing the WellSpent Upcycling business by meeting sales goals and executing marketing strategies. We require a highly strategic, innovative, and passionate leader who enjoys working independently and collaborating with colleagues from different departments.

This person will be in charge of establishing and sustaining business partnerships and outcomes, as well as building the company's business development roadmap. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of negotiating, executing, and managing high-value collaborations with partners. They will also have strong strategic and analytical thinking skills regarding business and product potential, with a keen interest in Food and Sustainability.

Leadership
  • Acquire new business by continually sourcing and selling new opportunities.
  • Represent WellSpent Upcycling at official occasions, networking sessions, and negotiations.
Management
  • Develop and deliver a business plan with long-term and short-term objectives.
  • Prepare presentations and sales pitches.
  • Plan forecasts to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze data on past performance and project future growth.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the supply chain, including licenses and documentation specific to Singapore and regional markets.
Transformation
  • Conduct market surveys and analysis on current market trends locally and overseas.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business processes are completed successfully.
  • Utilize Hubspot for planning, tracking, and delivering sales targets.
  • Build and maintain the business website, e-commerce, and social media channels.
  • Research and apply for grant opportunities to support the business.
Customer and User Experience
  • Conduct market research and data collection relevant to the business.
  • Manage and network with key potential and existing clients.
  • Support the planning and execution of WellSpent Sunday Luxe events.

Key decision areas include setting business goals, achieving revenue growth, and analyzing performance data such as social media conversion rates.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher.

Relevant Experience

At least 3-4 years of FMCG/Retail (F&B Industry) B2B sales and marketing experience.
