We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Coordinator to provide crucial administrative support and ensure the smooth coordination of our office. Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to various departments and team members.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and communications.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense reporting.
  • Coordinate office events and meetings.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the office environment is organized, clean, and efficient.
  • Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, such as onboarding paperwork and maintaining employee records (as needed).
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience 3 years as a Coordinator or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour.
  • Minimum Diploma level.
  • Experience with office management software and equipment
