Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Targets

• Achieve a monthly sales target of $XXX through the promotion and distribution of dental products.

• Drive quarterly and annual sales growth aiming toexceed outlined goals.

2. Sales Strategy Development

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the promotion of Medident Singapore’s dental product portfolio, with a primary focus on implant systems.

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships toenhance the product’s market penetration.

3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Track and analyze sales performance metrics to assess

the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.

• Provide regular reports on sales activities and results,

and recommend adjustments to meet targets.

4. Client Engagement

• Actively manage assigned zones and areas through

coverage plans and cold calling to expand the client base.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty to Medident Singapore’s product offerings.

5. Training and Support

• Provide training to the sales team and clients on product features, benefits, and best practices for using the Noris/Nobel Implant system.

• Act as a product knowledge expert to equip the team with tools for effective client engagement and product promotion.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the dental or medical devices industry.

• Strong understanding of the dental implant market and competitive landscape.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned zones.
