Job Scope:
Lead and manage the daily operations of the Credit & Collections team
Develop and implement proactive strategies to reduce overdue accounts and bad debt
Monitor performance via collection dashboards and KPIs, and adjust tactics as needed
Partner with internal teams (Sales, Customer Experience, Legal) to resolve payment issues collaboratively
Oversee customer interactions on overdue payments using a solution-oriented and empathetic approach
Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies
Drive continuous improvement by optimizing workflows, tools, and technologies
Execute recovery actions such as field visits or legal recourse efficiently and professionally
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in collections, with proven leadership in financial services
Min Diploma or equivalent
Strong command of communication and negotiation techniques
