Job description

Position: Project Coordinator (Flexi-Work Benefits) - Civil Engineering

Location: Benoi Road

Working hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm, with optional Saturday work from 8.30am-12.30pm

Salary: Up to $3500 + Variable Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave (commensurate with experience)

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Building and Construction

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and update drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and teams on drawing submissions, revisions, and take-offs.
  • Assist with quantity take-offs, measurements, and progress claims.
  • Maintain a digital library of project documents.
  • Prepare and submit safety documents such as risk assessments, fall protection plans, method statements, and lifting plans.
  • Support safety audits, conduct toolbox talks, and attend safety meetings and site walks.
  • Perform other ad-hoc activities as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma in a related discipline from a BCA-recognized institution.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit/BIM.
  • Familiarity with permit-to-work documentation and safety planning formats.
