About the Role

We are looking for a driven and innovative Algorithm Scientist to lead the development of advanced signal processing and machine learning models for next-generation radar perception systems. You will play a key role in pushing the boundaries of automotive and industrial sensing technologies used in autonomous mobility, smart infrastructure, and robotics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement radar signal processing algorithms
  • Research and prototype deep learning models for sensor fusion and environmental understanding
  • Conduct performance evaluation using real-world datasets and optimize for edge deployment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across hardware, software, and AI research units

Requirements

  • MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related fields
  • 2+ years of experience in algorithm development for radar, lidar, or computer vision systems
  • Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, and machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
  • Strong understanding of DSP, array processing, or time-frequency analysis

Preferred

  • Experience in deploying models on embedded systems (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson, TI Jacinto)
  • Publications or patents in relevant domains
