We’re currently looking for a high-caliber professional to join our team as Vice President, Information Technology Business Unit Lead Analyst – Vice President – Singapore- Hybrid (Internal Job Title: IT Business Unit Lead Analyst - C13) based in Changi Business Park, Singapore. We are from Legacy Franchise Holdings Technology Team, and we are looking for a Business Analyst with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Controller, Financial Management, or Financial Audit background.

This role is critical for effective management of Legacy Franchise Holding Technology financials.

In this role, you’re expected to:
  • Manage technology financials and headcount planning for the team supporting holdings markets.
  • Update financial outlooks based on forecasted capacity and signed software license & maintenance contracts; handle functional changes/adjustments to plans via effective communication and coordination with impacted stakeholders.
  • Create Investment Requests, Work Requests, planning, budgeting, headcount tracking, SOW tracking, expense monitoring.
  • Generate financial decks, monitor expenses, and fulfill ad-hoc management reports, analysis, and monthly reporting requests.
  • Coordinate functional changes/adjustments to annual plans with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with holdings finance teams for quarterly reviews, headcount tracking, and financial planning for holdings technology teams.
  • Track third-party contracts such as service agreements, cross-border approvals, and billing for those services.
  • Assess risks when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, regulations, and policies, and escalating control issues transparently.
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years in Finance and Technology Planning & Analysis functions.
  • Knowledge of project management and billing tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, macros, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Resourceful, independent, meticulous, and willing to learn.
  • Team player.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree; Master’s degree preferred.
