Are you a change management expert with a passion for driving operational efficiency? Our client, a leading Hedge Fund is looking for a talented Operations Change Management Specialist to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven experience in managing complex change projects and delivering operational improvements.

As an Operations Change Management Lead, you will oversee and manage change initiatives across multiple departments, ensuring smooth transitions, stakeholder engagement, and successful project delivery. Your expertise will be pivotal in maximizing employee adoption of new processes, tools, and systems, while minimizing resistance to change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Change Management Planning: Develop strategies and plans to ensure successful adoption of change initiatives, while identifying risks and creating mitigation plans.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior management, department heads, and team members to gain alignment and support for change efforts.
• Project Management: Lead change projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within scope and budget, and achieve desired outcomes.
• Communication: Create and implement communication strategies that keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
• Training & Support: Design and deliver training programs to ensure smooth transitions and successful adoption of new systems and processes.
• Performance Measurement: Establish metrics and KPIs to track the success of change initiatives and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in change management, project management, or a similar operations role.
• Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Experience in the financial services industry or other regulated environments.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
