Job description

Sales Co-Ordinator / Admin Assistant | Up to $3k | 5 Days | AMK

Location: Ang Mo Kio Ave

Working Days: Mon - Fri, 5 days

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm

Salary: $2200 - $3000

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Create Proforma Invoice, Delivery Order, Invoice from system
  • Prepare and co-ordinate for delivery and distribute DHL/FedEx/Local packages
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Track sales performance and update sales data on CRM
  • Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Manage office supplies and keep inventory stocked
  • Checking suppliers' delivery notes against our goods system
  • Other administrative roles

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 years' experience
