Responsibilities

• Assist senior management in developing and refining both short-term and long-term strategic business plans.

• Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

• Drive and oversee the implementation of company strategies across various departments and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

• Identify and implement improvements in internal operations to enhance efficiency and management performance.

• Develop initiatives to strengthen corporate culture and support internal and external branding strategies.

• Organize and facilitate strategic planning sessions, meetings, and workshops to align stakeholders.

• Design and implement a robust corporate governance framework in line with legal, regulatory, and industry best practices.

• Develop, update, and maintain corporate governance policies, procedures, and guidelines with regular effectiveness reviews.

• Monitor compliance with laws and regulations, implement internal controls, and conduct audits to manage governance risks.

• Track the effectiveness of governance practices, prepare reports for senior management or the board, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Candidate with Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering are welcome to apply.
