Job Description
- Oversee sales operations for a diverse range of commercial vehicles, including internal combustion, electric, and hybrid models.
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing assigned clients to meet or surpass sales goals.
- Procure pre-owned commercial vehicles across all categories to support inventory needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry and follow-ups to finalizing deals—while providing excellent service to walk-in and prospective customers.
- Handle all aspects of customer account management, including documentation, vehicle issues, payment collection, and related concerns.
- Coordinate vehicle test drives, introductions, and handovers to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Deliver clear, detailed information to clients and corporate customers regarding vehicle pricing, leasing options, and specifications.
- Continuously build knowledge of automotive regulations, safety standards, and vehicle features.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports detailing sales activities for management review.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Experience in the automotive, insurance, retail, or real estate sectors is preferred.
- Genuine interest and enthusiasm for the automotive industry.
- Confident, articulate communicator with strong listening skills.
- Well-groomed appearance, professional phone etiquette, and a willingness to learn.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 Driving License is mandatory.
