Job description

What the role is:

The incumbent will provide Personal Assistant (PA) duties and office administrative support to the Senior Management.

What you will be working on:
  1. Perform Personal Assistant (PA) duties to Senior Management, including managing schedules, arranging and scheduling meetings with internal and external agencies, lunches, monthly cluster and meetings (which includes arranging car park & security clearance), preparing meeting materials, submitting transport and medical claims, and being part of the Ministry's PA covering pool.
  2. Perform other administrative duties such as supporting logistics and administrative functions for media events and press conferences, arranging meeting rooms, and obtaining car park and security clearance for visitors.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Good people skills and a positive learning attitude.
