Crimson Education is a global leader in US/UK university admissions consulting. We are on the hunt for a marketing intern to join our social media team. This role will focus on creating engaging, high-impact content for students and families navigating their university admissions journey.

This role is suitable for students in their final year as an internship or recent graduates looking to gain some experience on a part time basis. Join our social media team and make fun and helpful content for students on their university journey!

Qualifications

  • Current students or recent graduates with a passion for content creation
  • Comfortable to star on camera and skilled in creating engaging videos for Instagram, YouTube and TikTok
  • Strong video editing skills and a confident on-camera presence
  • Ability to quickly ideate and create trend-driven, high-impact user-generated content (UGC)
  • Skilled at producing content quickly while meeting deadlines and staying ahead of trends
  • Highly responsible, responsive and dedicated with a strong work ethic
  • Committed to at least a 6-month engagement

Responsibilities:

  • Create and edit at least 4 short-form videos per month for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube (e.g., day-in-the-life, in campus interviews, student testimonials, admissions tips)
  • Write short scripts, film, and edit content using mobile apps (TikTok/Instagram) and tools like Canva, Adobe, Final Cut, or CapCut
  • Develop YouTube content (long form, 3 to 5-minute videos), producing at least 2 videos per quarter
  • Stay updated on social media and admissions trends, leveraging them to create engaging, relevant content
  • Proactively generate fresh, creative ideas for content that resonate with the audience
  • Ensure all content aligns with Crimson Education's brand, maintaining engagement and relevance for students
  • Communicate regularly with the social and marketing team to share updates and ideas
