What you'll be doing

  • Manage project through designated project management software
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives
  • Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems
  • Source and request for quotations from suppliers to ensure price competitiveness
  • Submission of weekly and monthly reports
  • Manage customer's expectations on the projects
  • Manage the delivery of the project accordingly
  • Assign duties or responsibilities to project personnel
  • Monitor the performance of project team members to provide performance feedback
  • Utilize industry best practice, techniques, and standards throughout the project execution
  • Submit project deliverables to clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

What we're looking for

  • Diploma in Project Management, Construction Management or a related field
  • Class 3 Driving License
  • Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a project coordination role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
