Job description

Subcontractor Workforce Management:

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in the HR database.

  • Assist in payroll processing for subcontractor personnel, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations and timely disbursements.

  • Provide guidance on employee-related matters, ensuring clear communication and resolution.

Work Pass Management for Directly Hired Foreign Workers:

  • Handle the renewal, and cancellation of work passes in compliance with MOM regulations.

  • Ensure timely renewals and adherence to company and regulatory guidelines.

  • Handle other relevant off-boarding matters such as termination of PCP and closing of p-file.

HR Administrative:

  • Process onboarded employees’ confirmation and medical portal registration.

  • Support HR administrative matters.

Requirement

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Preferably with minimum of 2 years of HR experience.

  • Familiarity with Singapore's Employment Act and MOM regulations.

  • Experience handling work pass applications and renewals.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism.

  • Ability to support regular administrative tasks.
