An established industry player in serviced residences is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Assistant to support daily operations. In this role, you will ensure a clean and welcoming environment for residents, manage staff, and uphold high standards of service. Your experience in housekeeping and supervisory skills will be vital in promoting teamwork and quality service. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to creating a home-like atmosphere for residents while developing your leadership abilities in a dynamic setting.
You will assist the Manager or Assistant Manager, Housekeeping in overseeing the daily housekeeping operations in our Serviced Residence. This includes creating a sense of home away from home for our residence and ensuring the cleanliness of our residents' homes, public area and linen are in accordance with our established procedures and guidelines. You will report directly to the Manager or Assistant Manager, Housekeeping.
