Job description

Job Summary:

  • Basic salary up to $6,000

  • Monday - Friday, 845am - 615pm

  • Bonus + Medical Benefits + AL

  • Sungei Kadut, Kranji

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full sets of accounts, including general ledger (GL), accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and intercompany reconciliations.

  • Ensure timely and accurate submissions for GST, corporate tax, and audit purposes.

  • Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

  • Supervise and mentor the Accounts Team, ensuring smooth daily operations, including transactions, billings, reimbursements, and cash flow management.

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, and bankers for all financial and accounting matters.

  • Oversee financing matters, including letters of credit, shipping guarantees, bills of lading, and T/T payments.

  • Maintain compliance with corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and accounting principles.

  • Identify and implement improvements in financial systems and processes.

  • Leverage tools like MYOB accounting and ERP software to enhance efficiency.

  • Ensure integration of technology in financial and operational workflows for better control and reporting.

  • Collaborate with management on cost control and resource allocation for manufacturing and construction projects.

  • Manage corporate reporting in a project-focused environment.

  • Provide insights into HR and office practices as needed.
