Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritise and coordinate projects in collaboration with Group IT COE teams and business stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and support applications built on the OutSystems platform using Agile methodologies.
• Lead and contribute to system design and technical solutioning for new or enhanced applications.
• Conduct requirements gathering and design review sessions with key stakeholders.
• Translate business and user requirements into technical specifications and scalable application architectures.
• Define and execute comprehensive test strategies to ensure application quality and performance.
• Produce required documentation, including:User Requirements Documentation, System and Technical Design Documentation, Test Plans, Scripts, and Results
• Support application lifecycle management, including deployments and post-deployment maintenance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in OutSystems development (Reactive / Mobile / Traditional Web).
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and Agile practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with Generative AI (Gen AI) implementation is a strong advantage.
