Job description:

- Oversee the full audit process, including planning, execution, reporting, and finalization of audit files.

- Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients independently, comprising Singapore local clients, SME, US clients and IPO audit, ensuring high quality service delivery and acting as the key liaison between clients and the engagement team

- Lead and supervise an audit team, monitoring audit assignments and performing all aspects of planning and executing risk-based financial and operational audits for a wide range of clients from various industries

- Analyse the internal control system of companies

- Review and ensure completeness and quality of staff work and compliance with all statutory and/or regulatory requirements of the engagements

- Coach, motivate and develop team members to attain experience that cultivates technical competencies

- Provide expert guidance on audit matters, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and best practices

- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring engagements are completed efficiently within deadlines

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree or a related discipline

- A recognized professional accounting qualification (eg ACA, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent)

- At least 6 to 7 years of relevant audit experience

- Practice, resourceful and detail-oriented

- Strong technical accounting skills with proficiency in IFRS, SFRS and US GAAP

- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills

- Good command of Chinese and English in both written and spoken to liaise with Chinese- speaking clients

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Software Programs

- Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
