Job Purpose

You play a pivotal role, working in conjunction with the programme stakeholders to drive the overall digital transformation and technology strategy. You will play a leading role in shaping the agenda and tracking the progress the overall program and various key initiatives such as engineering productivity, digital transformation to leapfrog DBS in this digital age.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate is responsible for managing key initiatives led by SRE.

  • Manage the delivery of assigned projects
  • Work closely with programme manager and cross discipline team members to develop, prioritize and execute the plan.
  • Faciliate project team meetings to identify and resolve issues.
  • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
  • Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
  • Coordinating with relevant teams to ensure changes impacting users are properly scheduled and communicated.
  • Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation.
  • Tracking of project financials

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of solid IT experience with domain knowledge in financial institutions
  • Relevant experience in implementing large programs using Agile methodology
  • Knowledge/understanding of the latest developments in technologies such as application development, DevSecOps, Cloud and AI/ML technologies and linages to business use case
  • Excellent analytical and articulation skills
  • Strategic thinking skills with broad perspective of different issues
  • Self-starter and extremely hands on in the management of projects
  • Demonstrated effective interaction and working with all levels of management
