Get to Know the Team

As a member of Grab for Business, you'll be part of a team that simplifies business transportation, corporate food & package deliveries, and related services for companies across Southeast Asia.

Grab for Business is the B2B SaaS team within Grab that engages with top companies and brands across Southeast Asia. We're looking to grow our key account management team and are seeking a Senior/Key Account Manager to expand our portfolio of top Singapore enterprise clients.

Get to Know the Role

You will manage a portfolio of Singapore companies, leveraging data-backed insights to achieve revenue targets and ensure client satisfaction. You will report to the Sales Manager, Grab for Business (Singapore), and work onsite at the Singapore Grab Office.

Responsibilities
  • Grow relationships with Singapore-based enterprise clients, using insights to pitch and cross-sell platform products to meet revenue targets.
  • Prospect for new business, create opportunities, and track performance against sales goals.
  • Collaborate with partners to meet consumer needs and performance objectives.
  • Maintain client relationships, understand their needs, resolve issues, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to develop account-specific growth strategies and present data-driven insights.
  • Develop business plans to enhance client performance and support new projects and launches.
Qualifications
Essential Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5+ years of key account management experience in a B2B or SaaS environment, handling multinational clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and data analysis for strategic decision-making.
  • Experience engaging with prospects to develop strategic solutions based on client needs.
  • Comfortable with data analysis tools.
