What the role is:
What you will be working on:
Plan and manage training programmes for professionals and students, ensuring alignment with industry needs and educational standards.
Develop and review programme curriculum and course materials to maintain academic rigour and industry relevance.
Curate and deliver engaging lessons through multiple modes and platforms, incorporating technology-enabled learning approaches.
Facilitate effective workplace learning through active collaboration with industry partners and guidance of students.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, industry associations, firms, and domain experts to enhance programme quality
What we are looking for:
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing projects with Integrated Digital Delivery, through relevant academic qualifications, industry accreditation and work experience.
Established track record in Singapore’s BE sector, with strong understanding of local industry practices and standards.
Proven expertise in managing BIM/IDD implementation, with project experience in IDD used cases.
Strong collaborative skills with demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
Successful candidates will be offered contract employment.
