A leading company in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage full sets of accounts and ensure compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with proficiency in SAP and Excel. This role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure, ensuring timely financial reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts involving foreign currency transactions.
• Prepare monthly closing, bank reconciliation and management reports.
• Handle Quarterly GST return.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to handle full sets of accounts involving foreign currency transactions, foreign branch, and statutory audits.

• SAP One accounting software.

• AR & AP processing and reconciliation.

• Ability to handle Quarterly GST return.

• Prepare monthly closing, bank reconciliation and management reports.

• Prepare AP payments , disbursements, and reimbursements of intercompany transactions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification preferred.

• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial compliance.

• Proficiency in accounting software SAP and Microsoft Excel.
