Summary

The incumbent is responsible for supporting our sales team and administrative functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless sales operations, providing administrative support, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a motivated and customer-focused individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Coordination:
    • Assist the sales team in preparing sales materials, reports, presentations, and proposals
    • Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, follow-ups, and product demonstrations
    • Maintain accurate sales records & databases
    • Track sales performance metrics and provide insights to the sales team
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
  2. Tendering and Government Projects:
    • Assist in preparing tender documents, proposals, and bids for government projects
    • Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders
    • Ensure compliance with government regulations, policies, and procedures
  3. Administrative Tasks:
    • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports
    • Manage office administration, including supplies, inventory, equipment, and maintenance
    • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and visitor reception
    • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  4. Customer Service:
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
    • Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring high customer satisfaction
    • Collaborate with the sales team to address customer needs and concerns
    • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services
