The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. The Google Global Partnerships team collaborates with a wide range of partners to bring Google's offerings to enhance their businesses. The team supports Google's Product teams through essential partnerships, aiming to improve user experiences across advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments, and more. They create product-enabling partnerships, develop go-to-market strategies, and incubate business growth for various products.

Job Description

Google's product and service offerings continually expand. The Partnerships Development team seeks and explores new opportunities with Google's partners. Using your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you will interact directly with partners to help them grow using Google's latest products. Your understanding of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will shape applications and content for products like YouTube, Google TV, and Commerce.

Additional Job Responsibilities

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will enable app developers and content publishers to grow their businesses using Google’s monetization solutions. You will support small and medium app developers and third-party channel partners in building the vibrant apps ecosystem in Southeast Asia.

You will focus on new verticals and game developers in a dynamic, fast-changing industry, requiring creativity and thought leadership to drive business transformation.

You will provide innovative monetization and platform solutions, proactively identify new opportunities, and influence product roadmap and strategy internally.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Manage a portfolio of fast-growing app partners across multiple verticals, optimizing their growth.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to address growth opportunities in Apps products (AdMob and Google Ad Manager) to support partners' success.
  3. Collaborate effectively across functions to bring new products and initiatives to market; provide onboarding and troubleshooting support for testing new products; design a partner insights feedback process for product strategy.
  4. Provide thought leadership by regularly gathering perspectives from internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Marketing teams.
  5. Manage channel partners at all levels with a focus on ad solutions and publisher satisfaction, maximizing Google’s business growth.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing.
  • Experience working with app developers, publishers, advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Fluent communication in English and Vietnamese to support client relationships in the region.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with online advertising or ad business solutions (e.g., Google Ad Manager, AdMob) and knowledge of programmatic advertising.
  • Experience with investigative tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase) and automated tools (e.g., spreadsheets, databases).
  • Experience building relationships with C-level executives.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and verticals in Mobile Gaming, Lifestyle, and Utility Apps.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to achieve business goals.
