Qualifications

  • Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License (manual & automatic).
  • Prior experience in automotive or vehicle coordination is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in taking over vehicles from customers and ensure all documents are collected.
  • Conduct basic vehicle checks and notify the Purchasing team of any major defects.
  • Safely drive and park vehicles, updating the Purchasing team on their location.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in taking over vehicles from customers, ensuring all necessary documents and items are collected.

  • Conduct a basic vehicle check and flag out any major defects or issues to the Purchasing team promptly.

  • Check for the availability of both car keys and the owner’s manual. Inform the Purchaser if any items are missing.

  • Safely drive and park the vehicle at designated parking lots and update the Purchasing team on the vehicle’s location.

  • Identify vehicles that are selected for retail and notify the internal team accordingly.

  • Ensure that external dealers collect vehicles only after payment has been received.

  • Other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License (manual & automatic).

  • Able to drive various types of passenger vehicles confidently.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Prior experience in automotive or vehicle coordination is an advantage.
