Job Responsibilities:
Assist in taking over vehicles from customers, ensuring all necessary documents and items are collected.
Conduct a basic vehicle check and flag out any major defects or issues to the Purchasing team promptly.
Check for the availability of both car keys and the owner’s manual. Inform the Purchaser if any items are missing.
Safely drive and park the vehicle at designated parking lots and update the Purchasing team on the vehicle’s location.
Identify vehicles that are selected for retail and notify the internal team accordingly.
Ensure that external dealers collect vehicles only after payment has been received.
Other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License (manual & automatic).
Able to drive various types of passenger vehicles confidently.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in automotive or vehicle coordination is an advantage.
