Job description

Join a well-established pharma MNC as a Receptionist & Admin Assistant, providing front desk and administrative support in a stable, dynamic office environment.

  • 5-days work week in a stable MNC environment, 100% onsite

  • Convenient Central-East location near a mall

  • Yearly renewable contract with bonuses, leave, and medical benefits

Responsibilities

  • Reception Duties: Handle calls, visitors, mail, and courier services

  • Office upkeep and maintenance: Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of fixtures & equipment

  • Travel arrangement support: Assist with travel arrangements, calendar arrangement, ticket bookings, and expense claims

  • Event Coordination: Arrange meeting rooms, catering, and seating for on-site events

  • Internal Communication: Draft office emails and coordinate event registrations

  • Office Administration: Maintain documents, vendor service orders, staff contact lists, and replenish office supplies

  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of admin and receptionist experience in a large MNC

  • IT-savvy, proficient in MS Office (Ariba system experience preferred)

  • Strong English & Mandarin communication skills (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)

  • A proactive team player who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-oriented, with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Immediate availability or short notice only
