The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing business strategies, ensuring operational efficiency, driving profitability, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve company goals. This role requires a high level of leadership, financial acumen, and experience in technology-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership
  Collaborate with the CEO and Board to define and implement strategic plans aligned with the company’s mission and growth targets.
  Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and areas for business development.
• Operations Management
  Lead daily operations across departments including engineering, sales, supply chain, finance, and R&D.
  Develop and monitor performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency and quality.
• Financial Management
  Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and P&L management.
  Drive cost optimization while maintaining high performance and product standards.
• Team Leadership
  Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams; ensure clarity in roles, goals, and accountability.
  Foster a positive and performance-driven culture focused on innovation and results.
• Compliance & Risk Management
  Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
  Mitigate risks and maintain business continuity planning.
• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  Serve as the company’s representative at industry events and public engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or general management role.
• Proven track record in scaling operations, preferably within the technology, agri-tech, or biotech sectors.
• Strong financial, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and lead change.
