Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Attend daily toolbox and safety meetings.
2. Support all daily construction activities at the worksite.
3. Lead and collaborate with workers to complete assigned tasks.
4. Support various construction skills including commissioning, construction management, safety, and structural work.
5. Develop and plan engineering strategies.
6. Monitor work progress on paper and at the site.
7. Conduct project safety briefings.
8. Manage material orders and usage.
9. Supervise the construction team.
10. Enhance the company's work quantity and quality.
11. Ensure structures are built safely and sturdily.
12. Report to the director and project manager.
13. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities.
14. Perform miscellaneous and ad hoc duties.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5 to 7 years
• Education: Polytechnic Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent
