Responsibilities:
- Execute Talent Management Framework and Succession Planning.
- Monitor and control annual training activities and associated costs.
- Manage enrollment and approval processes for Talent and Leadership Development Programs.
- Support scheduling, planning, budgeting, and communication for development programs.
- Ensure quality assurance through feedback mechanisms and discussions.
- Oversee training administration in the Learning Management System portal.
- Develop analytics and reports on training participation and effectiveness.
- Administer industrial attachment programs and further education schemes.
- Provide expertise in Skills, Knowledge Management, and Learning Service Solutions.
- Assist in other HR functions as assigned.
Skills required:
- Advanced Certificate of Training & Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate of Learning and Performance (ACLP).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Learning Management Systems, and Talent Management Framework.
- Strong understanding of Human Resource Management.
- Analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.
