Reports to the CEO

Lead a team to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project completion.

Prepare, review, and submit detailed programmes, schedules, method statements, technical proposals, and risk assessment plans.

Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and executing day-to-day operations.

Job Requirements

A recognized professional and technical academic certificate in Architecture, Civil/Structural/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Building Science, or Quantity Surveying, recognized by the respective professional bodies or institutions.

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in construction, innovation works, or related industries.

Knowledge of best practices in Construction Project Management.

Possess an analytical mindset, be independent, a self-starter, with a positive working attitude, ownership, and high responsibility.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
