Qualifications

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team at Absolute Kinetics Consultancy Pte Ltd. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. This full-time role is based in Macpherson, Central Region or applicants have the option to select West or North Region, and offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional development.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing accurate information and effective solutions to address customer concerns.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process improvements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handling customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Actively participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills.

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and respond effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing solutions.
  • Proficient in the use of computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM). tools
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Selected candidate may have to work a weekend day.
