A leading company in Singapore is seeking a dynamic marketing professional to lead B2C strategies, enhance brand awareness, and collaborate on engaging recruitment materials. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing and excellent communication skills.

• Plan and execute B2C marketing strategies and content calendars across multiple platforms to elevate brand awareness, public engagement, and lead generation.
• Collaborate with Creatives, Talent Acquisition, and other Business Units to design and develop engaging recruitment marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and videos targeting the desired audience.
• Create compelling marketing narratives and lead effective campaigns to differentiate the company's offerings from competitors.
• Define brand positioning, messaging, value propositions, and differentiation as an employer of choice.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for organizing corporate and marketing events, including trade exhibitions, career fairs, and collaborations like advertising and content marketing campaigns.
• Support media outreach and monitoring to promote positive coverage and enhance the organization’s reputation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the communications and marketing functions.
• Preferably possess a Diploma or Degree in Communications or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Communications and Marketing.
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and willing to assist others.
• Problem-solver capable of multi-tasking efficiently across multiple projects.
