The Job

• Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee welfare, payroll, and performance management.
• Lead and support the HR team in daily operations, ensuring efficiency.
• Review and adjust compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness for employee retention.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's growth and objectives.
• Improve HR processes and performance management systems to enhance efficiency.
• Update and maintain HR policies to comply with local employment laws.
• Provide guidance to management on employee issues, conduct, and disciplinary matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8 year's experience or more of HR experience, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
