Job description

1. RESPONSIBILITY

• Understand customer business processes, needs, and requirements.
• Analyze customer requirements from both business and end-user perspectives.
• Ensure that business requirements are fully understood by the development team and provide input for design and product specifications.
• Document functional and business requirements clearly.
• Create wireframes, activity diagrams, and system process flows.
• Track all change requests from customers and manage all requirements, specifications, and change requests throughout the project.
• Collaborate with the development team to review specifications, address Q&A, consult on solutions, and resolve issues.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

2. REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in IT or technology-driven projects.
• Good knowledge of software development processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Visio, prototyping, wireframing, and use case tools.
• Strong business analytical skills and a logical mindset. Ability to understand complex software systems and learn quickly.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Experience in creating clear and concise documentation.
• Knowledge of UML is a plus.
• Good presentation, communication, and management skills.
• Enthusiastic, responsible, eager to learn, and able to work under pressure. Available to work at any time.
• Ability to identify and frame issues that can be addressed with AI solutions; skilled in explaining complex AI concepts to non-experts.
