Job summary

An established industry player in civil engineering is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to oversee the order processing and asset management. This role involves managing the end-to-end fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy in reports, and coordinating logistics for asset deployment. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management and strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to efficient operations in a dynamic workshop environment, ensuring that all processes adhere to safety standards and best practices.

Qualifications

Diploma in Logistics or equivalent is essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office for data management.

Responsibilities

Manage order fulfillment from receipt to delivery.
Ensure proper checking and inspection of goods.
Conduct site inspections for rented assets.

Responsibilities :

Operations

To process order from Workshop and Warehouse Department
To manage goods receiving process and ensure proper checking & inspection of goods are done
To report discrepancy issues arising from Goods Receiving
To update Order Tracking Report and Goods Receiving Report and ensure on the accuracy
To assist Warehouse Executive in diesel ordering, deployment and coordination with site personnel

Project & Departments

To process order from project sites and internal departments
To manage end-to-end order fulfillment from the order to goods delivery
To manage returned goods from project sites and internal departments
Responsible for assets creation and disposal e.g. container, ECM plant, weight bridge & etc
To update Assets Master List and Mobile Web Apps for rental items
In-charge of logistics arrangement related to assets deployment and movement
To ensure all assets are calibrated and serviced according to schedule
To conduct site inspection half-yearly for rented assets
Responsible to raise Purchase Requisition
To ensure proper storage of items on timely manner
To manage the received feedback forms and responsible to close it
To support Warehouse operations when required which includes pick, pack, receiving, putaway, loading, unloading and/or operate forklift / stacker
To assist with Warehouse's Annual Stock-Take Activity and cycle count
To ensure timely updating of data into system and accuracy of data
Maintain the proper filling and document control for all processes
Ensure safety practices and housekeeping is to maintained to the highest standard
To perform ad-hoc duties as per assigned
