Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of AP function and daily entry for AP invoices into SAP system.
- GL coding for AP invoices based on nature of the expenses and maintain proper vouching procedures for all invoices received.
- Ensure relevant documents such as delivery order, purchase order and purchase requisition, CAPEX are orderly attached.
- Processes employee expense claims and staff reimbursement.
- Payment processing based on invoice due date to suppliers via cheque, telegraphic transfer, GIRO application and online banking processing.
- Supplier statement of accounts reconciliation.
- Accounts document maintenance and filing.
Requirements:
- Diploma, Nitec in Accounting or any equivalent discipline.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word preferred.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant accounts AP and SAP working experience.
- Team player with good initiative and interpersonal skills.
- Able to start work on an immediate basis and commit.
