At the same time, you need to be demanding andchallenging, pushing our team to excel and exceed expectations.To excel in this role, you need to have:– 3+ years of professional work experience, ideally in a B2BSales/Consulting role– Experience in managing people and leading teams.– Engaging personality that builds rapport and trust– Persistent self-starter who does not take “no” for ananswer– Ability to work independently, prioritise, and manage timeeffectively– Strong ongoing project management and team support skills– A focus on results to be achieved, being performance-driven anddemanding– You enforce accountability with team members– Ability to encourage and challenge team members to bring outtheir best performance– The excitement from the team winning rather than from purelypersonal achievements– An outspoken personality with direct communication skills, beinga “straightforward talker” and able to handle conflictsprofessionally– Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining a professionalwork environment– Strong understanding of professional behaviour and ability tomaintain it in the workplace– Willingness to take constructive criticism, overall feedback anddirection to increase sales – and your income– Fluent in English, other languages are a benefitKey Objectives and ResponsibilitiesAs a growing startup, our roles are always evolving and you will get toexperience a steep learning curve.– Leading, Managing, Accountability (LMA) of the SDR team aka“Growth Consultants”– Run daily Standup & Check-in meetings with GrowthConsultants for performance updates, accountability, and troubleshooting,while communicating KPIs to the leadership team.– Manage the company scorecard, monitor performance against keymetrics, and run weekly EOS Level 10 meetings (Rocks, Scorecard, To-Dos,Issues).–Track performance and effectiveness of outreach campaigns (forATLAS Sales and client campaigns), holding team members accountable basedon numbers/stats and ensuring targets are met.– Guarantee accuracy and adherence to best practices, such aslogging interactions (email replies), disqualifying leads, and trackingwon/lost opportunities, resulting in comprehensive performance reports.– Ensure the day-to-day tasks run smoothly, and the companyoperating system is followed by all team members, creating a well-organisedand efficient work environment.Salary, Benefits & Growth Opportunities– Working directly with the founding team on multiple clientprojects in a fast-paced environment, offering lots of personal growthopportunities– Upside for team performance and success– Great upside potential on personal growth as well ascompensation– Internal training sessions, 1:1 coaching and careerdevelopment– Flexibility to work from anywhereWorking at ATLAS ANALYTICSTo jump-start the process, please complete our application form.You will be asked to record a short video in which you have theopportunity to make an impression and introduce yourself explaining why youthink we might be a great match.We are excited to receive your application and look forward to meetingyou!
