Job Details

A European Security System supplier is hiring a Sales Manager to set up the dealer network in the South East Asia region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales goals and expand market share.
2. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
3. Contribute to the development of sales budgets and forecasts.
4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
5. Address escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
6. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.
7. Provide training to all partners.
8. Manage exhibitions and other sales events.
9. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service) to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
3. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Experience in Security Dealer or System Integrator in our Business, preferably from Video Business, Public Address, or Software Control Business (Building Management Systems).
5. Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and processes.
6. Leadership skills for managing a small sales team.
7. Good business acumen.
8. Ability to travel up to 50% regionally.
