Job description

Responsibilities

1. Implement standardized operations independently according to SOP and 6S standards, guiding subordinates to complete orders on time to ensure delivery.
2. Handle problems during the delivery process, proactively report issues, and obtain solutions promptly to ensure smooth order flow.
3. Complete all warehouse and delivery orders on time, familiarize with operational requirements, and regularly summarize and report delivery data, abnormal orders, and related issues.
4. Follow up on maintenance order progress, organize and file documents, handle handovers, and organize inventory counts.
5. Optimize daily work systems, resolve abnormal problems, and improve work efficiency.
6. Manage 6S on-site and assist the person in charge.

Qualifications

• NITEC qualification or higher; logistics/supply chain management preferred.
• At least two years of warehouse-related experience, proficient in office software, familiar with warehouse entry and exit procedures, and basic computer skills. Open to candidates with no experience.
