JOB DESCRIPTION
Administrative Support
- Prepare and manage all documentation related to contracts
- Coordinate meetings and discussions with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Manage administrative tasks such as correspondence, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Prepare and compile service reports for billing purposes
- Prepare and compile PTW, Risk Assessment etc as required by client
Inventory Support
- Maintain accurate records of stock inventory
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement and delivery of supplies
- Ensure inventory control to manage stock usage
Procurement Support
- Source and purchase goods, materials, and services required for contracts
- Ensure timely delivery of purchased items to meet operational needs.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary.
Compliance Support
- Support and maintain ISO-compliant procedures and documentation.
- Support internal and external audits for ISO standards and audit processes
- Coordinate training sessions for staff on ISO standards and updates.
- Collaborate across departments to align processes with ISO requirements.
