Beauty Salon Manager / Director
Location: Singapore, Ang Mo Kio
Salary Range: SGD 8,000 – SGD 10,000 + Profit Sharing

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Beauty Salon Manager / Director to lead and drive the success of our beauty salon. This is a strategic leadership role that requires expertise in sales, training, digital marketing, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of salon operations and ensure efficient daily management
• Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed business revenue targets
• Lead, coach, and support beauticians in achieving individual and team sales goals
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and accounting processes
• Create promotional content and conduct live streams to boost salon visibility
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and legal requirements
• Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction
• Drive brand awareness through digital marketing and social media engagement
• Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the beauty industry, with hands-on experience in facial treatments and waxing
• Strong sales acumen with proven track record of achieving KPIs
• Skilled in training, coaching, and team motivation
• Familiar with live streaming and content creation for marketing purposes
• Sound knowledge of beauty salon operation legal requirements in Singapore
• Competent in accounting, budgeting, and operations planning
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and staff
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
