Job description

From ideation and storyboarding to filming, editing, and publishing — across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube (Shorts & standard videos). You’ll bring our brand stories to life through compelling content that connects with both wedding and pet-loving communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Ideation:

    • Generate creative video concepts aligned with brand tone and audience preferences

    • Research social media trends, viral formats, and industry content strategies

  • Pre-Production:

    • Create storyboards or outlines for each video

    • Plan shoot logistics (location, props, talent coordination if required)

  • Production:

    • Film content according to storyboard, with attention to lighting, audio, and composition

    • Capture both vertical (for Reels/TikTok/Shorts) and horizontal (for YouTube) formats when necessary

  • Post-Production:

    • Edit videos with engaging transitions, text overlays, effects, and audio

    • Adapt content format and aspect ratio for different platforms

    • Produce both short-form (15–60s) and long-form (1–5 min) videos

  • Publishing & Platform Management:

    • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

    • Write optimised captions, use trending audio, and apply platform-specific hashtags

    • Monitor performance metrics and adjust content based on engagement insights

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience creating content for TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube (portfolio required)

  • Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)

  • Skilled in camera work and lighting for social media video production

  • Knowledge of aspect ratios, algorithm preferences, and current social trends

  • Ability to manage content pipelines independently and meet tight deadlines

  • Creative thinker with attention to visual details and brand consistency

  • Interest or experience in wedding and/or pet-related content is a plus

  • Basic motion graphics or thumbnail design skills are an added advantage
