Receptionist & Administrative Assistant | Engineering consultancy | Jurong East

Working time: Mon - Fri 9 am - 6pm
Salary range: $2400 - $3000
Location: THE STRATEGY TOWER 2 - (Jurong East MRT)

Qualifications
  • Proven track record as an Administrative Assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • High school degree; additional qualification in business administration, accounting or business management is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Supports entire accounts payable process
  • Overseas office maintenance and travel arrangements
  • Processes purchase orders, shipping, completion of documentation for shipments
  • Supports company operations by maintaining office services, organizing office operations and procedures
  • Clerical functions
  • Organize work spaces and order stationery and equipment
  • Maintains work spaces conditions and arrange repairs and maintenance where necessary
  • Ensures all suppliers/vendors invoices are processed and paid timely by reviewing purchase orders, delivery notes/reports and tax invoices.
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and leases
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
  • Helps to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Address employee queries regarding office management issues e.g. stationery, hardware, and internal procedures
