Job description

We are looking for a highly creative and organised individual to take the lead on video production from concept to completion. Your main responsibilities will include:


1. Pre-Production Planning

  • Conceptualising creative video ideas aligned with brand/client objectives
  • Writing engaging scripts and developing storyboards
  • Preparing shoot schedules and detailed call sheets
  • Coordinating with talents, crew, and other stakeholders for logistics and timelines

2. On-Site Shoot Coordination (Occasional)

  • Managing and overseeing shoots to ensure smooth execution
  • Directing or supporting the creative direction on set
  • Troubleshooting any issues that arise during shoots

3. Post-Production (Main scope)

  • Editing video content for various platforms (e.g., social media, digital ads, internal comms)
  • Ensuring high-quality output, pacing, and narrative clarity
  • Adding basic motion graphics, sound design, or subtitles when required

4. Team Collaboration

  • Working closely with the creative team to align on brand tone, visual style, and campaign goals
  • Staying updated with content trends to keep ideas fresh and engaging
