Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, provid-ing timely and professional assistance via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist the sales team with order processing, quote preparation, and contract management.
• Provide all necessary data to senior management upon request and coordinate meetings between departments
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks, including invoicing, billing, and collections.
• Perform basic accounting functions such as data entry and recon-ciliations.
• Support sales staff by completing and processing orders and keeping senior staff informed of any issues with delivery.
• Support the administrative team with various tasks such as filing, document management, and office organization.
• Assist sales to maintain sales software, updating of products, prices
• Assist sales and administration to follow up with enquiry and documentation status for HSA licensing
